agree.
If we extrapolate last 3q result 2013/2014 eps would be around Rs 10/share.NAV around 32/=.So this stock has a very good chance to move above 50/= .

better you mortgage your car and invest than sell . It will help you to enjoy the both .. Anyway there are enough reasons for LIOC to go beyond 50

no this is not for unethical promotion.the company most probably report eps above ten rupee .even if we take a low pe ratio of 5, the share price should move above 50.very reasonable guess.now there is a momentum, so quick gain is a possibility. but as we all know share trading is a very risky business.

earlier we were bullish on TJL and that looked like promoting the share. But we said with reasons. LIOC we predict above 50 and some researchers predict 61.30, with justifiable reasons. Anyway what I dont understand is selling land and vehicles to buy shares. Anyway its really worth buying with what ever the money you have without falling to credit .... As long as you have purchased on cash basis you are safe

LIOC P/E is 4.6. Market P/E at 14. So this is a {(14-4.6)/4.6} Rs 80 share trading at 43!

What kind of a Valuation is this? Is this figure correct?

this is a sick joke.

You have calculated the share price as

price=(market p/e- Lioc p/e)/ Lioc p/e

how come?

No no - if you take the EPS and look at the share price, even if the share price goes to 80, the P/E is around the market PE

No no - if you take the EPS and look at the share price, even if the share price goes to 80, the P/E is around the market PE

I will write Singhala.

=((14-4.6)/4.6)*43=87
this formula is giving 87. that value can increase. if its happen share price should be
=43+87=130
its mean = Market P/E ratio * Lioc EPS
this is mathematical background for your formula.

if Share Price is 80. at that time LIOC P/E ratio is around 7.8....
LIOC P/E ratio touch market P/E ratio at that time LIOC share price is above 140.

Actually you try to get Expected Increment according Market P/E ratio and Current LIOC P/E and stock price.

what you saying here "Balanced_Views".
this can happen LIOC can continue this profit level around another 2-3 years.

GOOD LUCK

Guys what perhaps BV is looking for an Exit Price Target
Although i do not agree with him, a more Balanced View approach would be to follow the Charts to give us targets, These targets can be easily visible if you look at previous HIGH or REsistant levels
That would be a reasonable approach
