so sad, those who advocated Boom boom CSE after My3 y say different things now.
some don't even comment. We expected this anyway.

Stability, clear policy frame work, positive action plans and leading by example what matters. No option rather than selling and wait till the next election times.
I don't say last regime was perfect but things were not this bad at CSE. It is early days anyway let us wait and see.
what I try to point out is people should not project positive things without a rationale.
And their political fantasies should not be a case for forecasting things for CSE.
Because we play with people's hard earned money.
When I argued people to justify using macro economical fundamentals they were silent but blindly promoting the change and said it will boost CSE.

Don't be so naive.

Political reform takes time! You can't expect its benefits to spread across the economy right now. There's going to be uncertainty and there's going to be interim policies because it's all beneficial for the long term success of Sri Lanka's economy.

All of you who are screaming about the CSE falling everyday are clearly investors for short term gain and the kind of people who want nothing other than to get rich quick. Oddly enough, ya'll are the same people who screamed and cried out aloud when corruption was unexposed and rampant in Sri Lanka's governance structure.

There's going to be pain and loss. No economy has rectified itself without stringent and hurtful measures (and please correct me if I'm wrong). So stop being naive and stop investing if you're going to harp on about the political and economic reform taking place. You can begin later once the interim government has been dissolved and the new governance structures are put into effect.

voters chose MS led parties with a view to have good governance & to eradicate all types of corruptions. Coalition promised to fulfil people's aspirations within 100 days model.

Just observe the economic value of frauds revealed. It is non other than public money paid as taxes. Be patient to see the results. If people's aspirations are not accomplished, the same vote base would be choosing the next best coalition irrespective of so called colours & symbols.

As a whole, country is the top priority, not the stock market. Once the economy is on right track, stock market will be on right track. It is impractical to wait for boom boom market continuously.

Whatever, we should appreciate everyone's view but not leaning to any party politics.

I see some comments about the budget and CSE , please explain how this interim budget going to boost the CSE with some analytics.
As far as I know this interim budget is to reduce taxes , give subsidies and find money to raise salaries . I am not sure how it impacts the CSE. probably the experts can help here. Only thing I am sure about is the impact to the budget deficit. Pathfinder says it will reach 8% from current 5% level.
For me it is a major change, You could decide whether that is the change people wanted. then so be it. Short term fun at the expense of countrie's economy.

Few SLEF members do not have a broad mind to understand the current situation.

Closed to 10 years established corrupt system can not be streamline within two weeks. Its a systematic approach by New Govt. MR regime has planted corrupt mind set and corrupt working culture in each and every departments, systems, procedures & etc.

Ravi K has a charge for money laundering, now he is the FM. Got his pants down when tried to frame gota by spreading a lie about an account.,

Good governance means equal law enforcement cannot be selective . people should not throw stones being at glass houses.

I agree with you that EVERYONE should be investigated and punished if proven guilty. This includes Ravi, Rishard, Rajitha, Hakeem, Shirani B and Faizser.

All these people have serious allegations against them and should be under trial without any leeway for being part of the ruling party or jumping at the last moment.
