COCR does not move when ASI move 700 Points. bcz of Foreign bank selling. now they have sold

COCR should move according to ASI

COCR is profit making and improving company...

any ideas...

Yes this share has to move, last year some body bought 29% @ 111/- and also they have 99% at TFIL.

111 story is a part of manipulation . They exchanged these premium paid under the table. How ever COCR is in trouble due to new capital gain for property investments. Definitely , their land sales on taxes based on capital gain which was introduced recently by government

Is Teller talking of capital gain tax proposed by last year budget?
Is this rule implemented effective 1st of April 2017?

Yes, this tax was implemented now and direct hit for land sales companies. If any property acquired and disposed within 10 years of time is liable to pay capital gains. Some times tax can go upto 100℅ compare to acquisition value. How ever COCR trades at discount at the market and can go upto 53.70 levels based on PV inners.

The maximum tax that can be imposed is 10% on the PROFIT. That is also if only sold within 10 years. This 10% on profit is not a big deal and will not affect the profit of COCR.
