According to reliable sources, The George Stewart Finance PLC will be takeover by another Finance Company shortly. Commercial Credit and UB Finance are the likely candidates. NAV of GSF is Rs 13/=. Wonder what would be the takeover price.

So what is the price of this take over? That is the main question. Today GSF at Rs 120.

We all guessed some companies like this will be merged or taken over.

Who GMNet? Very powerful and so accurate.

DJ usually uses CITK to dump his unwanted holdings but since this is a finance company CITK is safe.

Look at the way the Sellers of GSF is trying to manipulate the market. 11mn shares sold at Rs 28 by way of crossing and market is pushed upto 49/=. Those who are buying will have to be careful!

GSF wonder who is buying ? this is why we should watch other finance companies closely as well. with the merger /consolidation in progress there will be trading opportunities. CITK too moving with this???

No body to take action against manipulators. Well there is a big shot in the share holder list also right? So much for fairness. I can think of 1 person in this place acts similarly.

IF GSF is Rs 30, CFIN should be 450
IF GSF is Rs 50 CFIN should be Rs 750
