Only 2.4 shares came for selling in a red market. Volumes are getting low & very less selling up to Rs9.80. Strong purchasing witnessed. chances are still available to hit two digit level today.....

RIL make same impressive profit as Q2 in Q3 with

- UML having good performance with DFSK and ZOTYE Assembly. Currently only Cab in Sri Lanka is DFSK and Monthly around 30 Units are sold. ZOTYE is Car assembled in SL and around 70 Units sold.

- Spare Parts Business is thriving in Sri Lanka with Import Ban and limitation having on Small players in Market. Vehicle Agents doing really good.

Yaseen Family own the Company. They hold around 580Mn shares out of total 800Mn.

Controlling shareholders not going to sell share bcz share price high/low or to purchase from bottom.

Yes.. UML has a good opportunity now.. Their DFSK vehicles has a huge demand these days.. specially DFSK 580SUV. Since other importers cant import vehicle in to the country, UML get this advantage through their assembling business.. which is high profitable.. and government supports.. so.., as you pointed out we can see supperb financials in coming quarters.. Also keep in mind UML is a very good dividend paying company when they are getting profits.. good for 51% owned RIL too..

It is a valid point.

UML expected do well with their Assembly Operation which in place now where other Competitors still working on approval and initial set up. So if anyone going to open assemble plant they will take at least one year.

In terms of RIL, with Covid, Work-From-Home they may get less demand for their office rental property.

However with Interest rate at 7%, Land prices will be appreciated significantly over next few year.

So Overall, RIL will have good subsidiary with better performance, Stagnate Rental Income, Significant Property Revaluation gain in income statement.

Still a good deal.
