Hi all,
If you have closely monitored the market trend during previous election times you can come to a prediction that,
20th July - Down (can expect ASI 80 - 100 points down)
21st July - Up (nearly ASI 100 points)
22nd July - Up (nearly ASI 130 points)
The upward trend can start on 20th evening also depending on how fast this goes down.
This is purely based on past experience. Experts comments please.
I'm planning to collect some stocks for credit tomorrow.

I also think that market may follow that pattern, but it is not due to the election. Its mainly due to credit clearing and force selling.

The election effect if very less this time because UPFA has already got the majority and the elections are happening at very few selected places.

Global econ condition makes lots of uncertain now. ASI down tern has more than on factors. I think following are the main reasons
1. Credit clearing and force selling.
2. Two many IPOs
3. Global econ condition the result is ASI going down.
Hope market will recover when these factors left the market. (1st and 3rd will be end up within three months)
