Dear Investors.....

I bought CFT couple of weeks back@ 9.80.And it kept coming down to 9.10.To top it all this week it was transferred to default board.I got bit panic & spoke my broker.He also told me to dispose @ 9.10.So, I made a loss there.
But, today it has hit 9.80 again.How could that happen??What went wrong for me????

Friend at present if you can predict what will happen next at CSE you will be the real winner.

Here i have some questions to asked from you, what made you to buy at 9.80 and if are u confidence enough they why did you decided to sell at loss? so before decided to invest you must be in a position to explain the rational behind the transaction. If you buy just because it moves up then you must be ready for the opposite as well!

For Examples see what happens to CDIC, LHCL, HVA, PMB, PAP only few shares i mentioned here if you can list more and more shares

Dear Gaja, I can add more to your list. What has happened to HNB,NTB,SAYB,SAMP,CFLB,LOLC,HASU,JINS,KHL, and so on. Almost all stocks once went up have come down now. This is the nature of this business. Thank you.

I bought that CFT on my brokers recommendation.Unfortunately, he too was panic when CFT was transferred to default board.So I disposed.

Friend it was transferred to default board because they didn't submitted the financial statements, i am not wonder why you got panic but i couldn't understand why your broker also got panic about it.

See the Hotel Developers (Lanka) Plc - HDEV for how many years it was on the default board and see there price moments

You havent studied CFT well,if you did you would have bought at 9 and disposed at 9.80. CFT swings between 9-10 frequently. I love you

There are very few advisers who do their homework before recommending buy/sell to clients. But very rare..Most are bunch of jokers...

Ya, Ya, Nimal was right in that one. 99% of broker jokers buy shares. Then they are naturally biased towards their investment and give advice likewise. I deal with 4 and only one talks sense.

Once or two I asked him about a certain junk counters he advised me not to buy and if he does not know about a certain share he directly tell me he needs to check about it and let me know later. All the time he tells me only to invest in fundamentally strong shares. I doubt it he takes retail investors.

There are good brokers but the golden rule is you need to your home work.
