Top 20 holds 93% and won’t expect them to sell ATM when restructuring around the corner, It will move up with low volumes similar to earlier this year (moved up from mid 20s to 50 in quick time with low volumes)

Earnings multiplier looks really good , but It could be much higher LKR valuation than that when considering favourable Dollar valuations for the buyer.

AAIC transaction will also be a good indicator for Insurance Sector M/A valuations in SL.(adjustments has to be made for Life and General)
AAIC currently trading at 3.5 times of P/BV.
