Pardon me for posting this non-CSE related topic. But, I'm looking for some place where we can get annual reports and/or financial reports of state enterprises. Does anyone know whether general public have access to such reports and if so, where? (I know that some institutions like NWSDB publish their reports on their web sites, but some don't)

As far I know there's no site specially dedicated for financial reports of state enterprises. As you said we need to go different sites to find their reports.

However below link may directs you to the relevant government websites.

Say if you need to check People Bank annual report, you need to go to their website and dig.
But if you need to know about an annual report of a Subsidiary Company of People's Bank , you have to go to People's bank website and then check Associate & Subsidiary Companies.
