Yes econ You are correct the current price is very much undervalued when comparing with its strong financial and conversion status

Logical Reason

CLPL is going to convert it 1st warrant in early 2011. Person who has warrant allotted through rights, has to pay Rs.102( His cost is Rs.102 for the conversion) and person who bought 2011 warrant in trading floor, his cost Rs.129 ( Warrant trading @ Rs.25 and Conversion cost Rs.102). Hence before the conversion CLPL.N0000 should hit more than Rs.127. Otherwise Conversion will be UNSUCCESSFUL.
At present CLPL.N000 is trading at Rs.99, If it will hit Rs.130 before conversion, the MINIMUM RETURN would be 30%.

Strong financial results.

CLPL annualized EPS is Rs.5.70 and NAV Rs.76. When you look at CLPL financial,it has rapid growth and making investment in various sectors ( DPL and South Asia Textiles Industries Lanka Pvt Ltd).

Further for me GRER.W0002 is pretty attractive, how do u feel on this?

Yes GREG.W0002 is pretty much cheap at current price... based on the Black Scholes Call option valuation method, which has been highlighted by Quibit this has to be trading in the range of Rs.60-65 ......

When comparing the GREG.W0000 and GREG.W0001 trading pattern in last year ( after rights and before to GREG.W000 conversion) we could see there was only slight difference and closer to the conversion only we could see Rs.10 Difference..

At present we could see the gap between the GREG.W0001 and GREG.W0002, GREG.W0001 is trading at Rs.80 and GREG.W0002 is trading at 44 level. I guess this would be corrected closer to the march...

I saw some negative comments on ERI group share hike. ERI group already made a significant profits.So definitely share price go high. I dont think Mr.Niaml Perera not a reason for share hike.

Last year I reap the harvest from GREG stocks.This year also the same. Definitely it will go high

I have Already have 25k shares. next monday I will buy another 25K
