Someone kindly let us know how this right issue impact on shareholders,,like will it be good or bad? i'm asking because i have CSF stuff avg at 21,,thanks

I also have CSF in my portfolio. I recently bought 125000 CSF avg price is 19.20 .. I still think they can turn the company around from lose making to a profit making...because they have shown an improvement but there is a huge risk...I also want to know their current position and the effect of right issue to the company and their future from experts here

i think this will hand around 13 - 15 for a period unless company manupilate

Well friend i am not sure what is in there mind as well as your mind, one thing i can see you decided to take a Risk with 2,400,000/= so watch the share carefully.

@ current price 16.6,
1000 shares + 250 rights = 1000 * 16.6 + 250 * 10 = 19100
cost per share = 19100 / 1250 = 15.28

current issued shares = 200 mil
after right issue = 250 mil
disillusion of price with increased share number = 16.6 * 200 / 250 = 13.28

NEED TO TAKE WARRANTS INTO ACCOUNT TOO BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO ANALYZE THEIR EFFECT. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

Why they're goin for a right issue is to meet the core capital requirement of a registered finance company.. For them to do that all of us gotta be fools and apply for the Rights..
I wonder how they've run so far.. Dont know what the hell they've done with the earlier rights issue as they still strive on getting the company into profitable zone...

Then with our money they'll register and again go for another right issue to run the company

I cannot say the rights are not attractive as its abt 50% discount to the prev market price.. But our investors wont be looking at this in a good angle knowing the jilmarts of this company..

I even have some shares left @ 21 but dont want any1 to fall in to the same hole I've fallen...

Suppose if the company wants to up this like last time they may buy some large qty around 15 or below..

I always thank to my adviser of the CPT. He never recommended this crazy share to buy. Even though, I bought this share. So I have a small quantity and loss is small.

Majority shareholders hoodwinked the Central Bank and got themselves shares at Rs 5/= saying that they are going resurrect the company. Then they manipulated the share price unto Rs 30/= and few of the main investors sold their shares just before company announced it's results and made substantial capital gains at the expense of the innocent retail investors. Got away without any investigation.

What happened to the Rs 800mn they raised from the earlier rights issue. Surely it would have gone to someones pocket. Now they are going to raise money again at Rs 12/= saying they require money to meet the core capital requirement. Huh warrants issue too so that they could manipulate again. CSF had a fully owned Finance company called Asian Finance which they sold it to Tiong King Sing for zero value. If this was the case why are they trying to get the licence again.

These directors must be thinking investor are set of fools and they can make them dance to their tunes. Investors all should get together and boycott this sort of clear cut attempt by companies to steal hard earn money of innocent investors.

Hope this will their last attempt to play with the monies of the innocent shareholders. After they get the Finance company license then they could start playing with the monies of the innocent depositors. One more time after great Ceylinco Finance!!

i dont have shares of this company.but i think these kind of right factories must be avoided.
some of right issues were defeated by the share holders eg mal,hnb etc.
the minority share holders should get organized and go to the meeting and fight with these directors.they may win because they have votes but things should not pass without a fight.at least you can reveal the fraudsters.

Guys u should look at this as well...

Elliot wave started in March (ORANGE color) brought this share to 32s in Mid May, then the correction started till late-mid of June.
I can be wrong, but I see a small H&S then after (RED color)..

However at the top of the head of H&S pattern there's this downward Elliot wave pattern which I've drawn separately in Green.. This pattern especially has the ability to forecast the uptrend of a share after the first five waves are completed..
However in CSE this can go to 10 even
