Market seems in downtrend and daya by day it seems that it approaching its bottom. Now some brokers are also recommending to sell our portfollio. They also not advising to invest in the market for newcomers and for the existing Investors.

At the same time CSE and SEC people go around the island and educating potential investors and expecting more and more investor participation in the market.

The bahaviour of CSE and the registered Brokers have two different mindsets and have contrdict ideas to each other.

Where are we heading for?

Anyone in this got experienced that Asha P****ip Brokers are recommends of selling half of our portfolio.

They should have asked their customers to sell shares at least before July 2011. Not now. I think these days are good to average existing shares.

Brokers wont give a proper advice to small investors. Even if they advice, the opposite will happen. So don't depend on what brokers say. You do your analysis and decide . Its your money. Not the brokers money. So they wont bother to give the right information.

Once i was watching the right time to buy a share. And suddenly the broker himself phoned me and said "Purchase **** share now at the current price. And its going to hit tomorrow" So i purchased immediately. Now about one month, yet the share couldn't even reach my purchased value".

Most advisers are busy for buying themselves through dummy a/c of their relations. and they have no time to answer our call or give proper advise.
don't ever depends on their advisers. better going through the research report and click to fundamentals. some times they even may advise to buy shares which they will be 1st seller to dispose, and you ppl will be the 1st buyer to buy his or her own shares. be alert.

The Only point that Asha Phillips so called advisers will call you is to tell that you have reached T+3 and need to sell.
They will advice you to buy back the same telling that it will minimize the cost. We keep on buying and selling. They keep on earning the commission.

YES!! brokers are recommending to sell.

that's to maintain their liquidity position as it's 15th.

tomorrow they'll say "market is recovering buy"

so those who are in cash collect today and sell tomorrow at your own calculated risk!!
