At least when retailers return balance of cash from UB IPO and trade of UB this situation can change or else big 22 players comes at any time.

Without just blindly following some formula, SEC should also open eyes and put price band on stocks that are openely manipulated..Eventhough the quantities or trades does not fall into their so called 'formula'.. Lets see whats the response from them today..

IPOs are not the issue. Actually IPOs are the sustainable cure for this overvalued market.
