Market badly needs a carrot. Any thing is possible.

I don't think it will come so soon, but may be a bit later.

Even if this comes and the market recoveres, I'm sure it want be for long. Because there are lot of people waiting for a small uptrend like last time to clear their portfolios and take there money and put in a FD. I know not good, there will be lot of resistance in the next uptrend.

I am ofcourse not buying and not selling, just holding.

sanjaya351, you are so desperate to sell ur BLUE. Waking up with something n goes to sleep dreaming of the day that BLUE goes to touch 100. Have a sleep mate. Forget the market.

The Board of Directors of SEC meets once every 2 weeks, so it must be this meeting what Sanjaya is referring to...

If any decision was made I think the HNWI's and the Brokers will get a clue beforehand (as is the case in Sri Lanka) so if something favourable is coming -the market should start flying..

I have not seen any such movement today, so we may have to wait another 2 weeks for the next SEC meeting............

Keeping my fingers crossed.....

Foreign investments might be attracted to the CSE. No wonder market is dull. CSE actually need more liquid money to recover, carrot injection can be lethal. Credit is not investment. When there are solid investments ASI could pick up.

All regulatory relaxations will increase the market temporarily, only lasting impact will happen only if Europe crisis is solved.

I think you are correct ... Market was running smoothly before this rules. It was run with many overvalued counters/bubbles ..but as small investors were happy with green days. Very Happy
