In terms of the SEC directive dated 14th September 2010, the 10% price band has been imposed on HVA-N-0000 with effect from 05th December 2011 to 09th December 2011(both days inclusive).

With an annualized EPS of about 0.20 this is worth roughly about Rs 2.5 so with the price band it's going to be really difficult for you to buy it at those prices.
