what will happen to the price level of ECL before announcing the date of subdivision of share.
is this a good price to buy.

It may go down further and may appreciate once they announce the date of subdivision. But I am not chasing this overvalued share. Sub division is unnecessary for liquid share like ECL. We have discussed this in detail in a different thread some time back.

As xmart mentioned, directors are playing a real game.
