Probably being manipulated.

Since you are new to the forum, please read some threads written by some experienced members.

Then you will get the idea that these are very common in CSE nowadays...

how do I check if a stock is being manipulated?

There are some speculative stocks in CSE. They don't need any valid reason to move up or down. The worst case is, that some of the well reputed company shares are also being manipulated. Be with the CSE for some time and you will definitly identify the speculative stocks. If you smart enough to identify them well, you can make profits by using those shares. But remember, those are high risk- high return type. I personally believe that in SriLankan kind of a small market, each and every share can be manipulated in no time. Because CSE having enough traders more than investors. When there is a manipulation going on in the market, there will be more than enough supporters.

you can see the real valvue of the share and the market price now etc.. like SFS,HVA,CLND,EAST normally manipulating every time..
