I think everyone has lost interest on these two IPOs which starts trading today. May be they have forgotten. Very Happy Two IPOs starts trading on the same day!

CITW and CITK are the tickers. Anyone have an idea on their offer price?

There was only a very few applications for these IPOs. It didn't close on the first day. But dragged on for the second day probably while companies were looking for people to fill up the IPO.

Also these hotels won't rent a single room for the next 3 years. Because the hotels do not exist. These hotels have to be built first. So their core business profits is zero.

They talk about these shares owning more speculative shares. So probably retail investors may go after these shares like crazy.

Isn't Capital Trust a major shareholder of these hotels? If so what would they recommend? And all the pereras and silvas will dump it on the retail investors.

Citrus Leisure and VONE are the two major share holders in hotels. But they can't dump share at the moment. They will have to wait one year since the private placement to unlock. Only people who bought from the IPO can dump shares. I don't know whether capital trust have a big stake(from IPO) or not

Capital Trust having 4Mn shares of Kal and 1Mn shares of Was bought from the PP. They will be locked until 17 of Feb
