EPS consistantly rising. What would b the Q4 EPS.?? The company in its F/report indicates that in the prevailing economic conditions after war the demand will rise and they will have to look for capacity expnsion & investment. Companys BS looks strong. the outcome of the Maize project also will be affected by the flood and this project also should reap profit next year. Other income in 2 Qtr 12mn and this qtr 1.6mn. So still there are room for profits getting boosted.

The thing about GRAN and TAFL is we still do not know their expansion plans.
TAFL : as they are invovled in poultry only and as we do not know for their expansion we can only hope for sustained profits as this quarter.

GRAN : Compared to TAFL GRAN has expoture to other segments. So if GRANs other revenues start kicking in along woth TAFL contributing to their bottom line, GRAN is more attractive. I guess this is why Investors are going for it.

TAFL's beauty was its an illiquid share, public holding was less compared to GRAN. Then again GRAN is the parent and it benefits from the earnings of TAFL and not only into chick production..

If the industry has a growth all poultry companies can have another run.. lets see what they have to shw us in April as in terms of revenue..My wild guess is; they could keep the current EPS going on for the next qtr as well if not improved ;-) Cool
