• COMB announced Rs.2/- share final dividend in 2011 January in addition to two scrip dividends during 2011. For the current financial year COMB already paid two interim cash dividends amounting to Rs.2/50 per share and the final dividend is pending.

• NDB already paid an interim dividend in December 2011, final dividend is normally announced in March.

But COMB gives it a spread manner ,through out the year benefiting investors and maintaining it price with minimum fluctuations.
other than COMB all the other banks non voting shares are attractive compared to voting shares.(price gap is very high and dividend yield is also high).
Since all the banks end their financial year on 31 December ,they declare dividend in February and most of the time XD is 31 March. So February brings good news.

I have COMB shares in my Pf. I already received dividends in last year and I expect to receive 2012 dividends also. I try to keep this till as long as possible. Very Happy
