Non-Voting Shares of the companies listed in the CSE, generally trade on an average of 30%
discount over the Ordinary Voting Share.But Some Shares in CSE Discounted more than 50% and Some shares less than 30% according to following Calculations.

This means Some Voting shares overvalued and some are Undervauled??

Experts Please explain me futher...

only difference between N & X are the privilege of voting!isn't it?

Is it not a rule,Average 30% when share price are in fair value.

Thank two you CSE.SAS for your good work. I observed that two stocks were missing . I give details below;

LGL.....Voting share price= 16th April.......25.00 Non Voting...15.80.. Difference..9.20..Discount..36.8%.
AGST..Voting share price= 16th April.........9.90 Non Voting...15.00.. Difference.-5.10..Discount.-5.10%.

AGstar Fertilizer-Non voting share last trading day was 16th Feb 2012 at 15.00. Even yesterday two bids were there, 10 for 15.00 and another 10 for 10.00 (May be some one is trying to create an artificial demand for Nonvoting share.)
