Today CB allow to floting dollor price, there are both negative and postive impact to CSE ( I guess today CSE labeled as worst performing mkt in Asia region, beating Dahka Stock Exchange.)

So lets discuss the impact of floting dollor price. OK one can argue it boosts the foreign buy..
