According there letter to CSE, IPO foam has to provide yesterday. but still no any news....

Yes, even the two broking firms I contacted had not received the Prospectus as at yesterday evening, which was due date as per CSE notice.

Free Lanka Capital has run full page advert in Daily FT today saying to visit their website, but prospectus is ironically still not even available on line either.

I contacted the company directly yesterday. They said still not available.

But UB delivered it in advance if I am correct.

The IPO application is now available at their web site http://www.freelankacapital.net/ along with the articles.
But still the prospectus is not available anywhere.
