We can get together at least 25 -50 members - we can form a association and then with the approval of the authorities we can build a fund by putting amounts that we all can - every body will get a interest as per the banking rates or a little more ..
we must maintain this fund and association in good times and bad times ..
we can provide loans to our members with a low interest rate and then members can up to some extent survive ..
