One of my advisor said that Central bank asked / going to ask the Banks to reduce the interest . So Peoples donot take money from SM and deposit it in to fixed deposit , then Market flow will increase again , This is Government's Advise .

Is there any true on this ?

the reason banks increased rates is to attract money as deposits.

Central bank has become the best joker in 2012. SEC had become the best joker in 2011. Both impose rules without analyzing properly.

Due to the rupee depreciation, there will be less pressure on interest rates and increased liquidity in the system. This will bring down interest rates in the medium term with over all demand also easing.

Cheers!

But the contrary is; if you've alkready made a FD with 13-15% int rate, banks cant reduce it until the period is over.. This will only be applicable to the new deposits hence making the early birds winners Wink

Another typical example of the lies that brokers spread to suck in more retailers. The truth is that

1) Central bank increased policy rates.
2) T bill rates have increased.
3) T Bond rates have increased.
4) Central Bank imposed a limit on credit growth (that means there is a cap on how many new loans the bank can give)
5) they have accepted deposits at higher rates

in light of this if the central bank merely says reduce rates the only thing that banks can do is ignore it.
