When ASI was at 5,566 on 06/02/2012 HVA was trading at 27/28 but still it is trading at 20.50. It is highly undervalued when the market performance good. Recommended to buy

Who did the analysis for HVA to be highly undervalued at 20s? you?

HVA was manipulated handsomely by few insider parties when ASI was at 6000+ and it came down to 26-28 for few bear rallies..

Perhaps 14-18 could be a more realistic price if anyone wants to buy.. Remember speculatives can go up when market starts climbing but also comes down at a fast pace when down..

as smallville said, it was manipulated very badly.

annualized EPS ----------------1.80
GP down by ---------------------37%
PAT down by --------------------81%
Current PER----------------------11.55

  • Current price seems ok, when consider the PER.
  • When PER @ 15, price would be 27/-
  • Fundamentally it is not worthy more than 30 i think
  • They are heavily rely on other income & finance income

I remember time when people said HVA will reach Rs 90-100. How the times have changed.

Anyway people look at HVA earnings and growth before investing in it. If you are trading you are on your own at your own risk.

Please check my below comments made on 10/01/12.

HVA
EPS=0.09 per six months(As at 30/0911)
Debt/Equity ratio 88% If something will happen to company, first they have to pay Debtors money
Stated Capital 333M
Interest bearings loans & borrowings 225M
Quick ratio 1.4/1 It seems to be good. But just see the Amount due from related parties 196.5M
Quick ratio=(CA-Stock)/CL=519.5-65.4M/327.3
Just reduce related party amount& see. Quick ratio comes down to 0.79 L.
think twice before invest in HVA

Re: Do you really want to invest in HVA

That is the reality even though it is very hard to accept.Sometime they may have taken loans to show profits.

(1)I am 100% sure that they have reduced stock & put under related party to keep at least little profit.
(2)225M comes under current liabilities. They may have takan loans against forge invoices with the help of subsidiaries. This is only my assumptions
