Presume you hold suga. They need to pay compensation atleast to retailers if they want to tak over the shares.
Else this is a robbery.

There is still no policy decision given regarding it

According to the law ,an ACT passed by the parliament cannot be challenged.
At the time of enacting only that can be challenged.So at time this was challenged ,but court delivered its verdict agreeing cabinet's decision.
And if minor share holders to be compensated ,that is also violation of fundamental rights.(treating people differently)
