as per new papers, the room remained closed from 23rd feb and police say may be murdered on 25th february.

from sunday leader appeared on 29;

A 48 year old woman was found dead at the Renuka hotel in Colombo, the police media unit said this morning.

The police said that the woman was found dead in her room after the hotel staff had forced open the room door.

The staff had been suspicious as the room remained closed since the 23rd of this month.

When the hotel staff broke into the room they found the woman dead with stab wounds.

The victim was said to be Tamil woman and she had earlier checked into the room on the first floor with another man.

No one has yet been arrested over the murder.

Upon investigation, the body of the woman, identified as Sudarshani Kanagasabay, was found on the bed, with fatal injuries to her neck. Her husband was not to be found, and the victim was believed to have been murdered around February 25 or 26.

i posted the link of March 04, 2012 news paper and u have posted last month 29th new paper info, so hope u understand the details of 4th newspaper is more accurate cus by that time the investigation is almost done, its says Police believe the woman had been killed about two or three days before the body was detected. so its not 5 days, its two or 3

Anyway the point is these murders will not do any damage to the reputation of the hotel, also the staff had found the body 2 or 3 days after the murder so they are not ignorant as well
