Nothing to get alarmed Mr Osmand.The Market is heading in the right direction. Capitulation which is the final phase of a bear market is yet to come. Thin volumes will do the trick very soon.

I think we have to consider your third question now..

Ppl buy when bear rallies exists. .then get panic and sell with loss.. some hold for margins but when margin calls come sell at a utter loss.. No wonder we have so much of dumb money left in CSE.. When all is cleared the bull will enter the road..

They are not genuine foreign buying or will foreigners start selling in immediate future?

Capitulation
It now seems like companies that were once deemed perfectly find are failing and going bankrupt at the rate of a few each day. There is absolutely no confidence left in the financial markets. The press is proclaiming the “death of equities”, and everyone is selling like crazy (including the public) as if stocks will fall to zero tomorrow. The markets completely discount any good economic news that comes out, and with every flood of bad news, the markets sell harder.

Meaning:
After capitulation selling, it is thought that there are great bargains to be had. The belief is that everyone who wants to get out of a stock, for any reason (including forced selling due to margin calls), has sold. The price should then, theoretically, reverse or bounce off the lows. In other words, some investors believe that true capitulation is the sign of a bottom.
