Suggestions for ATS Version 8

Few suggestions considering the going trend.

1. Orderbook depth visibility to be limited to one bid only.
2. ASI should be calculated based on one share price only (different days different shares to be assigned).
3. Anytime, the authority should be able to cancel any orders in the system.
4. Minimum trading quantity should be 0.01 shares.

What a nice market it would be then. Market being Green or Red would be just a one click away.
(Reminds me of Matrix film)
