Share split may not make an uptrend to a share since we can trade the odd shares in the market.

BTW, what happened to your share split story for ASPH, you told some time back. Laughing

No sureshot. I have never bought ASPH. I have invested in four companies in the current market. Out of that three companies are in the long term investment list.

No man, I got exited from market (almost 95%) when ASI was between 6700 and 6900. I sold some of my shares with heavy loss (Example FLCH @ Rs 3.20, which I collected in IPO). Now I am collecting for long term investment. Still my portfolio is in unrealized loss. However, my loss is minimal compare to many others and still mostly with cash.

anticipated splits are bullshit,you will get nothing from split,bcz now you dont get chances with this market as before.

Cats are jumping out of bags whole sale! Looks the so called pundits have been really wrong. Any way its interesting to see at what point these forced long term positions are dropped. That,s what I call capitulation, the last stage of this bear cycle. Until then my plan is to concentrate in my paddy field .

Dear illu, investing in a paddy field is also not a safe business now. Farmers say minimum price is far below the cost. You will be unable to make profit and instead of profit you will end up with a huge loss. ( just a joke)
