I downloaded the latest version of DFN CAPT and installed it on my computer. But when I launch the programme and connect to the broker, error message window shown below appears always while the cache is updating. I tried so many times and once I re installed the application also. Have you experienced this friends? Do you know any solution?

I updated the Asha version today but faced no issues.. U should call ur broker's IT dept..

This happened to me time to time. But it'll be solved too. Try close DFN & open after few hours. (not during trading hours)

yes, akki. I downloaded it from the CPT DFN site. I just sent an e-mail to my adviser informing the issue. She will definitely send me the answer on tomorrow morning. I will share it with my friends! Wink

I think this has nothing to do with them.
Rather a connection interruption issue only.
Try again at a time when you usually have a better connectivity.
If that too failed then it is time to call the doctor/s (Ms Raveesha) at Capital Trust.

I need another help. How put stop limit orders in DFN? What is that Take profit combo box?

I also have same issue.I called my broker many times.He told me change ur Internet connection.
Normally I use ADSL. Then I use dongle.Back to normal.But we can't depend on dongle every day.So I disturb my broker to fix this problem.
