lots of there laxuary vehicles imports for permits and they have big volumes of new tata nano stocks .... so i think good time to collect some dimo .....

True, it will not impact DIMO much, but a NANO will increase by 1M. So that segment will completely become non-viable. So mostly Indian cars will get affected.

Don;t think it will increase by that much. The tax increase is 80% . I do not know how much Nano or Maruti sells now, but if it is around Rs 1 Million. Then the increase should be about Rs 3 -4 Laks isn;t it ?

If they have a good stock that would be an additional benefit. As stokers says most of Benz cars are imported under permits and that will continue without any effect. Don't forgot more Elections to come.

Even without the tax changes in the last quarter profits were down. Wasn't it?
"I don't think it'll effect" always change to "it was affected by" when the reports come.
