Anyway its a good strategy with investor.lk by taking a copy of ID or passport.
Then should be able to locate those manipulators

What is interesting in this article is that it says "SEC has identified false information about CSE and the shares which leads to manipulation among this websites / forums."
and
"Such website administrators have been warned this time and in future if the same kind of misleading publicity is given by any website it would be legally punished"

This may directly relate to Rehan and investnow.lk while other forum operators also should be vigilant in order prevent such consequences falling upon them.
