We can justify this downtrend if our companies doing badly in the future, I think Companies income should come down drastically to comply with this PE's, But can it happen ?, Can our company's profits down drastically in future ? .,
Economic recessions started this year February, But march 31st most of companies has done well .

This is not due to our compnies doing badly... this is becasue of no investor confidence..can not hold... no big back up... but see forigenrs are buying more these days.. so we can hope some thing in future .. Though Europe having many econmic crisis why forigners are happy about our market.. means investing ????

If you are planning to invest in this market, identify companies with low PEs, consistent profits, high operating margins and good dividend yields (say > 6%).

Thanks Antonym.. good advice...yes. .we have to go for the lower PE companies with many core business,sound companies... at leaset will get good dividends in long run in holding..
