UAL - 15% stake sold

A 15% stake in UAL has traded today at Rs150 - the seller is very likely to be CTCE, which held 15% at 31st December 2010

Who was the buyer? Was it JKH, who already held 81% of UAL?

CTCE should book a tidy capital gain on sale (UAL was in CTCE's books at Rs122 per share as at 31st December 2010).

i don't think this is only for capital gain .
Aviva group is here to stay . they normally don't let go good company stakes very easily . Wink
