Exactly, US stock markets and other highly liquidated stock markets are the biggest manipulators of the capitala markets. this is a great example which happened in 2011

Dow was manipulated to crash the market suddenly. manipulation exist every where since our market is very small and only limited number of investors invest, when we promote such a issue they will be more reluctant to invest.
