which made me interested in this counter is when i heard news of both WAPO bought 2.3% and JKH bought 5% of EXPOLANKA in the private placement.

Expo Lanka IPO is unlikely until May 2011 at least - too close to New Year now to do big IPO.

There was a sell down recently, not a new share issue, with JKH and WAPO getting shares. Logan Rockefeller Sri Lanka Fund have also bought shares in sell down. There is no SEC restriction at present on people who buy shares via sell down from selling immediately - unlike with a new issue of shares.

Potential IPO investors should check disclosures on this sell down, and in particular, price at which done.
