දස ගුණයක අධි ඉල්ලුමක් සහිතව නිකුතුව අවසන්

මෙම තීව්‍ර අනුපාතයෙන් පෙන්නුම් කරන්නේ ජාත්‍යන්තර ආයෝජකයින් ලංකාවේ බැඳුම්කර නිකුතුව සම්බන්ධයෙන් තබා ඇති විශ්වාසය වර්ධනය වීම යැයි මහ බැංකව පවසා ඇත.

මෙම බැඳුම්කර නිකුතුවට 10.5 ක වාරයක් වන අධි ඉල්ලුමක් ඇතිවී තිබූ අතර ලැබී තිබූ ඇනවුම් ප්‍රමාණයේ වටිනාකම ඩොලර් බිලියන 10.5 කි. මෙය මෙතෙක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට ලැබුණු වැඩිම ඇනවුම් ප්‍රමාණය මෙන්ම විශාලතම ආයෝජන සංඛ්‍යාව යැයි මහ බැංකුව පවසන අතර 2011 දී 315 ක්වූ ආයෝජන සංඛ්‍යාව 425 ක් දක්වා ඉහළ ගොස් තිබෙන බව සඳහන්ය.

ආසියාව තුළ සියයට 27 ක ප්‍රමාණයක් යුරෝපය තුළ සියයට 29 ක ප්‍රමාණයක් ඇමරිකාව තුළ සියයට 44 ක ප්‍රමාණය ක් ලෙස මෙම ඇනවුම් විසිර පැවති බව මහ බැංකුව කියයි.

සියයට 90 ක ප්‍රමාණයක් නියෝජනය කරමින් ගෝලීය අරමුදල් කළමනාකරුවන් මෙම ගනුදෙනුවේ ප්‍රධානතම හවුල් කරුවන් වී තිබෙන අතර බැංකු/පුද්ගලික බැංකු සහ අනෙකුත් ආයෝජකයින් පිළිවෙලින් සියයට 6.00 සහ 4.00 ප්‍රමාණයකට දායක වී තිබේ.

මින්පෙර නිකුත් කර තිබෙන ජාත්‍යන්තර බැඳුම්කර නිකුතු හා සැසඳීමේදී මෙම ගනුදෙනුව මගින් අරමුදල් රැස්කිරීමේ පිරිවැය අඛණ්ඩව අඩුකර ගැනීමට ලංකාව සමත්වී තිබෙන අතර 2007 නිකුතුව සියයට 8.25 ක්, 2009 නිකුතුව සියයට 7.40 ක්, 2010 නිකුතුව සියයට 6.25 ක් හා 2011 නිකුතුව සියයට 6.25 ක් යන ඵලදා අනුපාත යටතේ මිල නියම කර තිබුණි.

They trust only that they can get their money back. Sri Lanka has no problem with that because the government can always sell something a land or some resource, a mine because this damn country has so many things to sell and destroy. If you read the new hotel developments by international companies you would see some articles mention how cheap the foreigners get the land, tax deductions. It's like giving it almost free while local investors don't get any of those privileges.

Sri Lanka is taking billions and billions and more than 10% will go to politicians, senior officials and contractors food chain. And the rest would be destroyed for sports festivals, exhibitions and constructions that will last one month. You're already taking loans to pay old loans, In a few years you'll again take another loans to pay this loan.
