Majority of the world wealth is held by a few is proved again. What a disparity between the haves and the have not. if these people ( those how already odn;t spend) make 2% contributions of their wealth to poor and developing countries how much of a difference will it make. Atleast Bill Gates is doing a lot to Africa.
