Playing with index won't help fully for the investor to build the confidence.

cse contribution to change the index chart is wrong.Odd trades doesn't have any effect.( < 100).Today CARS traded one shre 13 rupees up.There's no effect from that.But since one trade happened today the closing price would be 426.The actual effect will hapen if cars 100 shares or more traded lower than 426 on Monday.Then index will fall rapidly.So this odd trade higher today will have negative effect.

What happens when a manipulator artificially increases price is- gullibal retailers flock in to buy the manipulated share thinking its a real run, thus creating temporary demand + liquidity. This is crowd mentality and some times buying few shares to sell your 500 shares may work, though illegal/unethical.

True, but unless he can buy a few million share of DIAL (which is very liquid) not sure how he can move DIAL for more than 1 minute in this market.
