Immediate problem is not investigation.

Manipulation and corruptions have been their from the beginning These
were. high lighted by some officers of Sec during the time Mrs S Who was use to issue circulars and managed situations as a typical Government
servant
Dr karunaratne also did not
understand real situation

Use of public funds to manipulate the stock market aggravated the problem.
Actually real loosers are ETF,EPF.AND GOvt Banks
Priority should be to control public investment. Not investigation
