It is noticed that last year audited reports are not yet published in the CSE site, though interim period report for the period ended 30 June 2012 available.

Kindly insert any analysis of this counter done by any expert with comments.
It is noticed that share price of this counter is moving up.

This is only for knowledge base to discuss in this forum.

Thanks Redbulls- I had seen it before.

I am inquisitive that how this counter got a huge jump from Rs.60s to Rs.96 within a short time registering a loss in the last quarter.

With positive market outlook, there may be favorable mark to mark value adjustment for the period ended 30 September. Also,by reading the corporate information I noticed that there are no owned employees. Are operational activities are outsourced or handled by Carson Group?

Before arriving a conclusion for few shares I need to dig it further. Any further help.......who really wish to share ideas....

Beware with Carson groups share, their accounting and management styles always complicated for investors. One or two companies benifit from other sister companies.

CINV/GUAR was another share/s that was beaten to ground. So in the uptrend it may have recovered quickly. CINV was hiot harder than GUAR at Rs 60s .

Practically as these companies have heavy CARS/BUKI investments, they do not usually move much individually. But there was some movement from CARS/BUKI also a recently ( after the recent selling which made CARS/BUKI come down to Rs 415 and Rs 680)

Anyway though these shares are good investment trusts , I find RHL, RENU better options in the present market due to their price attractiveness. Also these companies have core businesses/expansions also which have been improving.

This does not mean CINV or GUAR won;t go up or attractive. If I recall CINV hit Rs 189 ( after subdivision) one time. GUAR around Rs 400. ( when CARS/BUKI went crazy in Feb 2011 dragging ASI sky high to 7800+)
