Do not buy any share for that matter for any high price ( I mean at prices that not justify their value). Each share has a fundamental value with regard to their performance and other aspects. Some times share can shoot up without fundamental reasons on specualtion, but if you get caught buying at the wrong price you can be loosing in the short to medium term. Look at the UB prospectus and see how much this share will be worth to you. Do not pay high prices if it exceeds you value.
