U cant say he's not kept this shares being a director for 1 year or so whatever the SEC ruling is cuz he had shares from the beginning..
Now when market has risen, he's cashing out..

N P is mostly a trader. So don't think because he is selling LB is not a good company.

When NP increased his holding around 45000 shares from march and has over 375000 quantity, selling a few thousands in not a crime. It could be some credit releasing or to take some profit also. I would be worried if he sells over 60% of his holding given his nature.

Yes, He had realized long before that Cash is the King.
By disposing part of investment, the king is crowned with precious gems.

Let us see who would be the queen if he sells the rest in next few weeks???

Okay now NP is buying LFIN at higher prices than he sold at lesser.

Bought over 16000 shares between Rs 140-145

LFIN trading around 5.5 PE and about 2.4 NAV. LFIN has been growing phenomenally over last 3 years or so,
