I got few shares 8 months before at high price which seems unreachable in short period. Can any expert tell what would be the highest price of PABC.N within one month time. Other option is to dispose them at a loss after keeping a long period.

Sorry about you guys but for me this is one of the least attractive share in the banking sector. I think this is trading at a fair value currently.

That said, the market is not always driven by the fundamentals. Anything can happen.

* I don't think it's a good idea to sell PABC now .
* I have to admit that I don't have any analytical ground to make this statement .
* But please go to announcements section in the CSE site & check dealings by directors for last two months or so .
* Then you would notice that directors of PABC have been collecting this share for quite some time now .
* In my opinion that sends a clear message that this share is up to something in the near future .
* Therefore I don't think it's a good time to dispose this, in fact I'm thinking of collecting this share .
* I may be right or wrong, please do your own study & take decisions .

Few points I'd like to post;

* Director buying is sometimes deceiveing.. they buy with many intentions, not only to sell.. They'll have holding power and specially ppl like DP has more powers than that if you know what I'm aiming at Wink So in a short term PABC can go haywire even..

* Vallibal One is getting added to the CSE list, now this V1 holds all DP's entities which means has a greater asset value in one-go... Lately we've seen crazy movements of DP's holdings where the move didnt suggest fundamentally except LFIN..

So the catch is; there's a potential for PABC too for a run upto 60-65 in a shorter period..

be careful with these type of director buy and sell companies. retailers usually get trouble with these type of shares.

Totally agree with stockwatch. This share is fairly value & least attractive one.

Also they will have to increase the minimum capital significantly (Rs 5.0 billions) by 2015 as per government request + an interim target of Rs3 Billions by end of this year.
For the size of PABC, this would be very challenging. So they may have to end up with another right issue as same as in 2010.
Any right issue will not be attractive as long as a company use the money anything apart from a direct investment.

correct..........they buy and drive the price,and they sell back at a profit.......but we get to know this after some days(when announcement was uploaded in CSE),UNTIL THEN RETAILERS DRIVE THE PRICE.............
when they buy they announced it very quickly,
but when they dump they announced it after few days (when they sold out their lots)......
it is not good to follow directors..just follow the fundamentals.............. Cool Cool Cool
