Could anyone please tell me the history about Watapota Investments Ltd (WAPO)price change?

When I observe about WAPO trading price chart I saw that in 28th feb 2011 the trade price is around Rs.10,000 and currently their trading price is around Rs.265 .
What’s the reason for this much of change price?
Did something happen like a Sub Division (Splitting) of Shares ?

There was a massive 75 share for 2 right issue. Also there was manipulation while innocent lamb running after this got burnt. Some would have got very rich. ( People who sold their rights they got from buying the share before XR)
