KHL the second lrgest hotel chain is the most under performed share in te Hotel Sector. he Hotel properties account or 40% of the Group assets. KHL has planned USD 100 m building resorts and furbishing for the next 5 yeras. With the revival of the Industry after the war KHL is expected to sustain an earning growth 20-25% in the comming years. No of rooms currently has is 1237 and planning to increase it to 1629 in next 2-3 years.

KHL shares are highly liquid. It has to deliver good results in the comming year. Good for long term Investment.

if anyone has Hotel Sector ratios and comparison pls share

I would say one of the best long term share available in market with the developments such as Cinnamon Red, Mega waterfront Resort project at Colombo..

We will be able to see considerable growth in profits from 2nd half of next year onwards.. However this is not a ideal share for short term traders. kHL simply a investor's stock. Its too liquid to trigger a quick move.. Smile
