Does one person's gain mean another's loss?

What about the profits a Company makes or future profit potential? Can't it make a win-win situation?

In zero sum game one person's profit always equal to other person's loss
In share trading some all incur profit or loss depending on market coditions

IT IS non Zero Sum Game
