I am sick in tired of the reporting method. Where is the quarter result (quarter is 3 months).
Why does not SEC ask all companies to stick to a format which has some sort of standardization?

Yes, quarterly reporting should be standardized. Majority of reports does so.
By reporting on accumulated basis certain information is hidden intentionally or unintentionally. Sometimes such report does not reveal material information/events which adversely impact on net quarters......
